Unlimited. Your mailbox count is limited only by disk space and RAM, not by licensing. A 4 GB RAM server handles 50-100 active mailboxes easily.
With a dedicated IP, properly configured DKIM/DMARC/SPF, and good sending practices, deliverability is excellent. You control your reputation — no shared IP risks.
Yes. Use imapsync or similar tools to migrate all mailboxes with folder structure intact. Our team can assist with the migration.
